All orders to Puerto Rico and the USA will receive free shipping via USPS, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We a not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.

Should you need expedited shipping or have any special requests, please contact us at help@knotpredictable.com for a detailed quote prior to placing your order.

All sales shipped to Puerto Rico will be subject to the 11.5% IVU tax rate.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at KNOT Predictable! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Products purchased directly from KNOT predictable can be returned within 14 days of the product’s original purchase. Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased through knotpredictable.com or directly from us at a Pop Up event. We do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind on products purchased through our stockists.

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The product isn't used or damaged and is in its original packaging.

RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to KNOT predictable.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, only regular-priced items.

STRAP REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Need a strap refresh? No problem! Send us your handbags whose straps have stretched and deteriorated over time to have the straps replaced with new ones whilst we take care of sending the used neoprene to a recycling facility. Please fill out the strap replacement program form here.
